How to Use the Log
- First, print this log and hang it in a place where you will see it often.
- Record the date and length of time that you exercised/walked for each
exercise session.
- Take your resting heart rate at the beginning of exercise and record.
- Take your exercise heart rate during the exercise session or
immediately after exercise.
- Take your cool-down heart rate after you have stopped your exercise and
have rested for a few minutes. Make sure it has come down to the
pre-exercise level.
